Ways We Can Work

Change starts closer than you think.

A few of the places people begin. Most clients arrive at one door and find the work expands from there.

N° 01

Relationships & Marriage

Move from tension and distance toward understanding, openness, and real partnership. We work on the patterns that turn small disagreements into recurring fights, and we build the tools—elegance, curiosity, the interview—that change the way the next conversation feels.

Format — 1:1 with you, or with both spouses together. Phone or Zoom.

N° 02

Personal Growth

Build the self-trust to make clear decisions and meet challenges with quiet confidence. Whether you're navigating a transition, recalibrating after a setback, or simply tired of feeling smaller than you are.

Format — 1:1, ongoing sessions paced to fit your life.

N° 03

Men's Coaching

Find the courage to lead with both strength and gentleness—in life, family, and work. The conversation is direct, the relationship is collegial, and the focus is on becoming the kind of man the people around you actually need.

Format — 1:1, Zoom or phone. Comfortable, candid, no-pretense.

N° 04

Group Coaching

A small, committed cohort working through the same tools together. Group coaching offers what individual work can't: a circle of people growing alongside you, learning to apply the same practices in their own lives.

Format — 8–10 men per cohort · 12 weeks · 90-minute weekly Zoom meetings, plus a private group channel between sessions.

Four cohorts have run since 2023. Past members describe it as the room where the work finally stuck — accountability they couldn't get alone, and friendships that outlasted the program. The next cohort opens in early fall; the list usually fills before it's announced publicly.

How This Works

A simple path in.

No long intake forms, no rigid program. Every engagement begins with a conversation and grows from there.

N° 01

Discovery Call

Sixty minutes by phone or Zoom. You bring the situation you're sitting with; I listen, ask a few clarifying questions, and we figure out together whether the work makes sense.

Outcome — Honest read on fit. No pressure to continue.

N° 02

First Sessions

The first few meetings map the terrain — patterns, pressure points, the conversations that keep replaying. We introduce the core tools (elegance, curiosity, the interview) and start applying them to one or two real situations between sessions.

Cadence — Weekly, 50 minutes. Light reflection between meetings — no heavy homework.

N° 03

Ongoing Work

As traction builds, sessions shift from acute situations to the deeper grooves underneath them. Pacing flexes with your life — weekly while you're building, every other week once the tools are sitting in your hand.

Open-ended — Most clients stay six months to a few years. You decide when the work is done.

From Clients

What changes when it works.

Two and a half years after starting, I can honestly say I am a different person. I've learned powerful tools that help me through the toughest situations with my husband and children. Most of all, I have learned how to believe in myself.

Common Questions

Before you reach out.

A few things people often want to understand first.

How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy generally treats diagnosable conditions and works to heal the past. Coaching is forward-facing — building the skills, clarity, and self-trust you need to act well in the life you're living right now. There's no diagnosis, no clinical chart. If something surfaces that calls for a therapist, I'll say so plainly.
Do I have to be observant — or Jewish — to work with you?
No. The work is rooted in Torah wisdom, but the tools are human tools. Clients come from across the observance spectrum, and some aren't Jewish at all. What matters is that the framework resonates with you and that you're willing to do the work.
How often do we meet, and for how long?
Most clients meet weekly or every other week for 50 minutes, by phone or Zoom. Cadence is set together based on what you're working on and the pace your life allows. Some seasons call for more frequent contact; others settle into a slower rhythm.
How long does coaching usually last?
There's no fixed program length. Some people come for a defined stretch — three to six months around a specific situation. Others stay on for years because the ongoing thinking partnership is valuable to them. We'll check in regularly about whether the work is still serving you.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between us. I don't discuss clients by name with anyone, and I don't share identifying details across cases. Any stories used in teaching are anonymized and shared only with permission.
What if my spouse isn't ready to join?
That's common, and it's not a blocker. A great deal of marriage work happens with one spouse in the room — the change you make ripples outward. If and when your spouse wants to come in, we can shift the format. Many couples eventually meet together; many don't, and the work still moves.

Sixty minutes by phone or Zoom. No preparation needed. Just an honest conversation about what you're working with and whether we're the right fit.
